Parent Teacher Conferences Letter

Dear Parent/Guardian:

Regular contact between the home and school is essential to support students’ academic progress.  The Parent/Teacher Conference is a valuable tool to keep the lines of communication open.  On December 3, 2025 NBHS will operate on a modified bell schedule so that all classes are able to meet, and our instructional day will end at 1:05 p.m.  Buses will depart at 1:10 p.m. and Parent Teacher Conferences will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. AM Wilson Tech, PM Wilson Tech and Early College Program will run as normally scheduled and transportation will be provided as usual.

Parent Teacher Conferences

The first quarter ended on November 7, 2025 and the First Quarter Reports Cards will be posted on the Parent Portal on Thursday, November 7, 2025.  This information will be helpful for your Parent/Teacher Conferences. Your conferences with your child’s teachers will be scheduled through Parent Square this year.

The ParentSquare appointment scheduler will open to parents on November 24 ,2025  at 3:00pm and close on December 3, 2025 at 1:00pm. Please schedule a meeting to  take advantage of this opportunity to discuss your child’s progress.  The opportunity to schedule appointments via ParentSquare will be sent to parents electronically from your child’s teachers. 

If you cannot attend on December 3rd, you may always call the school to arrange a meeting with a teacher.  It is always recommended to reach out directly to your child’s teachers about specific questions concerning achievement in a particular class.  Our school counselors or administrators can arrange and facilitate a larger team meeting if your child is having broader issues. Our high school staff is always available to assist parents/guardians in support of our students.
